Our families, communities and workplaces are all centered on people. They are for the people, by the people and of the people. Giving them moments to connect with self and with the larger whole is exactly what Earth Educators Inc. does through its Mandala Painting workshops.

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates into ‘circle’. It represents wholeness. It appears in all aspects of life: our solar system, atom structure, in flowers as well as conceptual in circles of friends, family, and community. As we draw the concentric patterns, moving from self to beyond it reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds.

Painting a mandala is a healing art form which leads to meditation like focus. It helps one to center through creative flow of patterns and colors. It lets loose the child in you. Creating a group mandala is a unifying experience in which people can express themselves individually within a unified structure and can be an enjoyable activity.
